Year Profile Protection
Aluminium extrusions and vacuum formed panels are guaranteed not to discolour or degenerate for a period of 10 years after installation.
Year Glass Unit Cover
Sealed double-glazed units are guaranteed against condensation forming within the cavity for a period of 5 years after installation.
Year Mechanical Parts
Mechanical components such as locks, hinges and handles are guaranteed not to malfunction during normal use for 2 years after installation.

Once all sums due have been paid, customers benefit from a clear minimum guarantee covering defective components where the issue has not been caused by misuse, accidental damage, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.

Terms, Maintenance and Fair Use
The guarantee is conditional on the door and its components being properly maintained in accordance with the relevant operating and maintenance instructions. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, abrasion, unsuitable cleaning products, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, settlement of the surrounding structure, or issues not caused by a product defect.
Smart hardware components may also be covered by separate manufacturer warranties, and any applicable manufacturer warranty information will be provided separately where relevant.
