    90 Degree Hold Open Closer:

    Our 90 Degree Hold Open Closer, providing convenience and accessibility. Securely holds your door at a wide angle for easy passage and ventilation.

    Non-Hold Open Closer:

    Opt for our Non-Hold Open Closer for a traditional closing mechanism, ensuring your commercial aluminium door closes securely every time. Ideal for areas where controlled access is necessary.

    Dummy Closer (for autos installation):

    Planning to install automatic features? Choose our Dummy Closer option for seamless integration. This non-functional closer complements the aesthetics of your commercial aluminium door, preparing it for future automation.

    202/189 EA Door Closer (for disabled access):

    Prioritise accessibility with our 202/189 EA Door Closer, designed for disabled access requirements. This closer ensures smooth operation while meeting accessibility standards, enhancing inclusivity in your space. Please note that due to the light closing force of this option, we would recommend additional measure are introduced to prevent the door being blown open in windy conditions, for instance wind breaks.

    Please note: On a Public building, for doors that are considered that primary entrance to the building, they must provide for Disabled Access and as such should be designed to provide a 1,000mm clear opening for a single door, 1800mm clear opening for a double. Should this be a requirement, please let our sales team know when ordering.

    Delivery Information – What does your delivery option mean?

    All deliveries are subject to stock and availability.

    UK Mainland

    **Next Day Cut Off – subject to cleared payments and passing of payment security checks by 11am.

    Orders processed after 11am using the next day service option cannot be guaranteed.

    All UK Mainland orders qualify for FREE delivery* when you spend over £150 ex VAT. *Please note certain items do not qualify for free delivery. 

    Consignments will be delivered using DX, DPD, APC, Hermes or direct from the supplier if stock is not readily available within our warehouse.

    Please note that orders placed on a Friday after 11AM for next day delivery will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

    Orders placed prior to a Bank Holiday will be delivered two days after the Bank Holiday.

    It is advised you arrange your own courier collection from our warehouse. If you require assistance Dortech Direct can schedule a delivery for you. Prices are dependent on box quantity and order weight. Please call our sales team for a quotation on 0330 1281212.

    Damages

    By ordering with Dortech Direct you agree to inspect goods upon delivery. Damaged goods should be rejected. If you notice damage after goods are delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. Dortech Direct does not accept damage liability for issues reported over 2 working days from the point of delivery.

    Returns

    If you need to return a product within 14 days, we are happy to refund the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.

    Prior to returning any goods for any reason, please fill in the Returns Form and put it in your package that you are returning.

     

    FAQ

    Is there a re-stocking fee?

    Please note some orders are subject to up to a 35% restocking fee. While every effort will be made to avoid this charge in some cases it is un-avoidable.This charge represents the administrative time and overheads to reprocess the stock.

    I’ve sent my package, how long will the refund take?

    We aim to make the returns process as quick as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. If you haven’t received any information after this time, please get in touch with one of our team.
